  3. Peel, wash and grate the carrots on a medium grater. Cut the peeled onion into small cubes.
  4. Wash the mushrooms and cut into small pieces.
  5. Heat the pan, pour in vegetable oil (1-2 tablespoons). Add onions and carrots, fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms to vegetables and fry together for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. In a separate frying pan, also heat vegetable oil (2 tablespoons). Lay out the chicken thighs. Fry on each side for 3 minutes, until golden brown. The white part of the chicken meat should be completely set and half cooked. Salt and pepper the chicken.
  8. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  9. Roll out the defrosted dough and cut into squares.
  10. Place a generous spoonful of vegetable filling in the center of each square.
  11. Set the chicken legs vertically, dipping the rounded edge into the filling.
  12. After that, lift the edges of the dough, gather around the chicken drumstick, pinch and fasten with a thread.
