Chicken liver appetizer

Prepare for dinner a tender chicken liver appetizer with sour cream and cheese. Chicken liver dish is very easy to prepare. Serve the appetizer to the table in individual portion molds.

  1. Chop the onion into a large dice. Cut the liver into cubes.
  2. Fry the onion, stirring occasionally, in a frying pan with heated olive oil, until tender (translucent or light golden).
  3. Add liver to onion. Fry until tender over medium heat (a few minutes to keep the liver soft), stirring often. Salt, pepper to taste.
  4. Arrange the liver into molds (the volume of the mold-glass is 150 ml).
  5. Add 1 tbsp. l. sour cream in each mold.
  6. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. Divide 20 g into each mold.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 5-7 minutes.
  9. Serve hot chicken liver appetizer.
  10. Chicken liver goes well with buckwheat porridge, potato dishes, vegetable salads.
