Bacon-wrapped chicken liver roll baked in the oven is a simple, healthy and quite satisfying dish. This delicious and easy chicken liver appetizer is perfect for a family dinner or a festive feast. Thanks to the use of bacon, the liver acquires a pleasant smoky flavor. Try it and see for yourself!

  1. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Grate carrots on a fine grater.
  3. Pour the prepared chicken liver with two tablespoons of vegetable oil, mix and put in a baking dish.
  4. Place the form in an oven preheated to 250 degrees Celsius and bake the liver in the oven for 7 minutes.
  5. Then flip the chicken liver in the form to the other side, put the chopped onion on the liver and bake in the oven for another 8 minutes.
  6. Remove the baked liver with onions from the oven, salt and pepper to taste, set aside 3-4 pieces of the liver.
  7. Grind the rest of the liver with a blender.
  8. Fry carrots in butter, stirring constantly.
  9. Lay out cling film and lay strips of bacon on it.
  10. Spread liver mixture on top of bacon.
  11. Put the fried carrots on the liver layer and smooth. Lay the leftover chicken liver pieces in the center.
  12. Form a roll of bacon and chicken liver with onions and carrots, wrapping it tightly in cling film. Place the roll in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes.
  13. Release the roll of liver in bacon from the cling film, grease on all sides with vegetable oil and place in a baking dish with the seam down.
  14. Place the form with the roll in the oven, preheated to 220 degrees Celsius. Bake chicken liver roll in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
