A delicious dish of chicken fillet, cottage cheese and fresh herbs. Suitable for both lunch and dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into several pieces lengthwise. Beat off, salt, pepper.
  3. Prepare the filling. To do this, add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, salt, ground pepper, chopped herbs to the cottage cheese. Mix.
  4. Put the fillet on a cutting board in one layer with an overlap (so that the pieces of chicken meat overlap each other). Spread the cottage cheese filling in an even layer on top.
  5. Roll the fillet with cottage cheese and herbs into a tight roll, wrap in foil, transfer to a baking dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 1 hour.
  7. Then open the foil. Lubricate the roll with the remaining sour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle the finished roll with chopped herbs.
  9. Bon appetit!
