Tender chicken fillet gets a special taste when you cook chicken rolls with cream cheese in strips of bacon.

  1. Peel the onion and finely chop. Finely chop the green onion.
  2. Mix green and onion with cream cheese.
  3. Chilled butter cut into small cubes.
  4. Lightly beat off the chicken fillet (up to a thickness of 1.25 cm).
  5. Spread 3 tbsp on each fillet. spoons of creamy onion filling. Lay out the pieces of butter. Salt.
  6. Roll chicken fillet stuffed with rolls. Wrap each roll with a strip of bacon.
  7. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken rolls, seam side down, in a baking dish (a 30x20 cm tin works well).
  8. Bake chicken fillet rolls with cream cheese in the oven, uncovered, for 35-40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees (clear juice should stand out when pierced with a knife).
  9. (If you want the bacon to get crispy, you can additionally fry the rolls on all sides in a dry frying pan.)
