Easy to prepare chicken rolls with a bright filling. Chicken fillet goes well with broccoli and hard cheese. In addition, this appetizing dish looks beautiful on the festive table!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Wash the broccoli well and separate into florets.
  2. In a saucepan, bring 500 ml of water to a boil and salt (0.25 tsp). We send broccoli to boiling water and cook after boiling again for 3-4 minutes. Then we discard the broccoli in a colander and place it in cold water (to preserve the color).
  3. While the broccoli is cooking, let's take care of the chicken fillet. Wash the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Cut the fillet into pieces, as for chops. We beat off each piece of chicken meat.
  5. Salted chicken fillet and pepper.
  6. Cheese cut into pieces.
  7. Cut the broccoli florets into several pieces.
  8. Put a piece of cheese on the edge of the fillet, on top of the cheese and fillet - 2-3 pieces of broccoli inflorescence (depending on the size of the fillet). We turn a piece of chicken meat with stuffing into a roll and fix it with a wooden skewer. In a similar way, we form rolls from the remaining ingredients.
  9. Turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees.
  10. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the rolls seam side down.
  11. Fry the rolls for 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  12. We cover the baking sheet with foil. Remove the skewers and place the rolls on a baking sheet. We send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
  13. Chicken rolls with broccoli and cheese, baked in the oven, are ready. Serve the rolls hot, garnish with greens.
  14. These rolls look very nice on the table.
  15. Bon appetit!
