A microwave can be a very useful kitchen appliance if you need to cook something hearty, but there is no way to use a stove or oven. You can even cook a festive version of a hot dish - mouth-watering and very tasty chicken rolls with an interesting filling of cheese, walnuts and dill. They are prepared in their own juice and are tender and juicy!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut each fillet lengthwise into two pieces as for chops (4 pieces turned out).
  2. Beat each piece of chicken meat with a kitchen hammer and sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper, ground coriander and dried garlic.
  3. In a bowl (suitable for a microwave oven), put a piece of butter and melt it in the microwave at 800 W for 30 seconds.
  4. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Grind walnut kernels with a rolling pin into small crumbs.
  6. Rinse dill, shake and finely chop.
  7. In a bowl with melted butter, transfer the nuts, cheese and dill.
  8. Stir the filling.
  9. Now form rolls. Take one piece of chicken fillet and distribute 1/4 of the cheese-nut filling evenly over its entire surface.
  10. Roll the stuffed chicken into a tight roll and secure with a toothpick.
  11. Thus, form 3 more rolls and transfer them to a form that can be put in the microwave. I used a small glass saucepan.
  12. Cover the bowl with rolls.
  13. Cook chicken rolls in the microwave at 800W for 10 minutes.
  14. Remove the toothpicks from the finished rolls.
  15. Put the rolls on a plate.
  16. Microwaved chicken fillet rolls with cheese, herbs and nuts are ready.
  17. Serve the rolls hot with any side dish of your choice.
  18. Bon appetit!
