An original appetizer made from simple and affordable ingredients - both for the holiday and for every day! Sprinkle the beaten chicken meat with grated melted cheese, lay out the crab sticks, roll up the rolls and fry. Crab sticks give tenderness and juiciness to a dryish fillet, and cheese is responsible for a pleasant creamy taste.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with paper towels. Cut the fillet into thin slices - according to the number of crab sticks. I got 10 layers.
  2. With a kitchen hammer, beat the chicken meat like chops (approximately along the length of the crab sticks), laying cling film on top so as not to tear the fibers. Season the chicken pieces with a little salt. You can pepper if you wish.
  3. Grate melted cheese on a fine grater. Spread some grated cheese on top of the fillet.
  4. Put the crab stick on the edge of the layer.
  5. Roll the chicken into a tight roll. In the same way, form rolls from the remaining cheese, crab sticks and chicken meat.
  6. Place the flour on one plate and the breadcrumbs on the other.
  7. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
  8. Dredge the chicken rolls in flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and then roll on all sides in breadcrumbs.
  9. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan. Place a batch of rolls in the hot oil, seam side down. Fry until golden brown over medium heat. This will take 3-5 minutes.
  10. Flip the rolls over to the other side. Reduce the fire to the lowest setting. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 15-20 minutes. When piercing chicken meat, clear juice should stand out. Then fry the remaining rolls.
  11. Place the finished rolls on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  12. Chicken rolls with crab sticks and melted cheese are ready. They can be served hot or cold, on their own or with a suitable sauce.
  13. Bon appetit!
