If you like non-standard combinations, then add dried apricots to the classic union of chicken fillet and cheese. Delicate chicken rolls with dried apricots and cheese turn out bright and very tasty, and the cheese crust makes them even more appetizing.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Rinse the chicken fillet and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. We cut each fillet across into several pieces, as for chops (I got 10 pcs.).
  3. We cover each piece of chicken meat with cling film and beat it off with a kitchen hammer.
  4. We rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  5. Salt and pepper the prepared chicken meat.
  6. We wash the dried apricots.
  7. Sprinkle each piece of chicken fillet on top with a small amount of grated cheese (only 1/4 of the total). On the edge of the fillet pieces, lay out a whole or cut in half dried apricots.
  8. We turn each piece into a roll and fasten with wooden skewers.
  9. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees
  10. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the rolls seam side down. Fry for 3-4 minutes on both sides, until golden brown.
  11. Carefully remove the skewers from the slightly cooled rolls.
  12. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil. Lay the chicken rolls in a single layer on the bottom of the pan.
  13. Sprinkle the top of the rolls with the remaining cheese. We poison in a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until cooked (focus on the features of your oven).
  14. Finished chicken rolls with dried apricots and cheese are decorated with parsley and served.
  15. This dish will be a decoration on your holiday table.
  16. Bon appetit!
