Chicken rolls with liver, sweet pepper and celery

Chicken roll with liver, sweet peppers and celery is an original, bright and tasty dish that will captivate you with its juiciness and a pleasant combination of chicken fillet, tender liver, vegetables and herbs. An exquisite, tasty and beautiful dish can be prepared simply and quickly enough.

  2. In the process of cooking, we need cling film and foil.
  3. We wash the chicken liver, cut off the veins and films.
  4. Cut the liver into small arbitrary pieces.
  5. Melt half the butter in a frying pan.
  6. Put the liver in the pan and fry over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Wash and chop greens.
  8. Wash the celery stalk and cut into small cubes.
  9. Add greens and a stalk of celery to the liver. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  10. At the end of frying, salt and pepper. Let's cool down.
  11. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  12. Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry with paper towels.
  13. In each fillet, we make shallow cuts in the center, as well as on the right and left, opening the fillet as wide as possible.
  14. We beat off the chicken fillet through the cling film on both sides.
  15. Rub the chicken fillet with salt, pepper and seasoning.
  16. We clean the sweet pepper and cut into cubes.
  17. (We divide the fried liver, the remaining butter and sweet pepper by the number of pieces of chopped chicken fillet.)
  18. Put a little liver with vegetables and pepper sticks on the beaten chicken fillet.
  19. Gently roll up the fillet with the filling.
  20. We spread the resulting roll on the foil. Put a couple of pieces of butter on top.
  21. Wrap tightly in foil.
  22. In the same way, we make rolls from the rest of the fillet and filling.
  23. Put all chicken rolls in foil in a baking dish and send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 35-40 minutes.
  24. We take out the finished chicken rolls with liver, sweet pepper and celery from the oven, remove the foil.
  25. Rolls are good both hot and cold. Cut into portioned pieces and serve with a side dish or on its own.
