Oven-baked chicken fillet rolls with an interesting filling of fried mushrooms, cheese and olives are a win-win option for both a festive table and an everyday lunch! The rolls are juicy, fragrant and very tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  2. Remove the skin from the mushroom caps. If necessary, remove dirt from the legs. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes.
  3. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan. Place the onions and mushrooms into the skillet.
  4. Sauté onion and mushrooms over high heat, stirring occasionally, about 7-8 minutes. Cool down.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  6. Cut the pitted olives into rings.
  7. In a bowl, combine the cooled mushrooms with onions, grated cheese and olives.
  8. Add salt and ground black pepper.
  9. Stir. Filling for chicken rolls is ready.
  10. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  11. Cut each chicken fillet into thin slices as you cut for chops. I made 4 slices from each fillet.
  12. Lightly beat off the chicken fillet pieces and sprinkle with chicken seasoning.
  13. Form rolls. Take one piece of fillet.
  14. Place some of the filling on one side.
  15. And roll up a tight roll so that the filling is inside.
  16. Form the remaining rolls in the same way, evenly distributing the filling between the remaining chops. Transfer the rolls to a baking dish (mine size is 22x19 cm).
  17. In mayonnaise, add a clove of garlic, passed through a press.
  18. Mix mayonnaise with garlic.
  19. Lubricate each chicken roll with garlic mayonnaise and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
  20. Chicken rolls with mushrooms, olives and cheese are ready.
  21. Serve hot with any side dish of your choice.
  22. Bon appetit!
