Chicken rolls with pineapple and cheese

Delicious, tender and fragrant rolls are suitable for both family dinner and festive table.

  1. Finely chop the pineapples and mix with grated cheese, add 1 chopped garlic clove.
  2. Cut chicken breasts lengthwise into 2 parts, salt and pepper to taste. Take off from both sides.
  3. Place a filling on each chop and roll up.
  4. Fasten the rolls with toothpicks.
  5. Fry on each side in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Remove the toothpicks and transfer the rolls to a baking dish.
  6. In mayonnaise, add the garlic passed through the press and dried basil.
