Chicken rolls with pineapple and cheese are a great dish for both everyday dinner and a festive table. Beaten chicken fillet becomes soft and slightly spicy from mustard and pepper. And the light sweetness of pineapple and salty cheese perfectly complement the bird.

  1. Prepare the ingredients.
  2. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Cut each chicken fillet across into two layers. Cover with cling film and beat off.
  4. Spread the poultry meat with mustard, salt and pepper on one side.
  5. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
  6. Sprinkle chicken fillet with cheese.
  7. Place pineapple slices on top and roll up. Tie well with thread.
  8. Top the rolls with mustard, sprinkle with pepper and salt.
  9. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  10. Release the finished rolls from the threads.
  11. Serve warm or chilled.
