Chicken rolls with tomatoes and cheese

Delicious sauce, juicy tomato and cheese - all this stuffing for chicken rolls. We quickly fry and, while we are waiting for the guests, our yummy comes in the oven. The aroma, taste and look of the rolls are great!

  1. We immediately prepare all the products for chicken rolls with cheese.
  2. If possible, use a frying pan with a removable handle to fry the rolls so that you can then put it in the oven.
  3. We make sauce. In sour cream we send salt, chopped parsley, black pepper and garlic. Mix well.
  4. Cut large tomatoes into thin slices.
  5. We cut some of the cheese into small cubes, rub the rest on a coarse grater.
  6. We remove the small fillet from the breasts - we will not need it. And the breast itself is cut lengthwise into two parts. You should get two half breasts. :)
  7. We beat off the chicken fillet between two layers of cling film.
  8. Now we grease each part of the beaten fillet with sauce, put a couple of slices of chopped tomatoes, a piece of cheese and a little grated cheese on top. Starting from the wide edge, roll the chicken fillet with tomatoes and cheese into a roll.
  9. We fix the roll with a toothpick.
  10. Fry the chicken fillet rolls in a small amount of oil until crusty on all sides. We do everything quickly.
  11. We remove the handle from the pan, add a handful of cherry tomatoes and the rest of the cheese. We send chicken rolls with tomatoes and cheese to a preheated oven.
  12. Bake chicken rolls in the oven at a temperature of 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
  13. Such rolls can be fried in advance and sent to the oven before the arrival of guests. Delicious idea!
