Chicken strips breaded with corn flakes

Recipe for a very tasty crispy chicken in breaded corn flakes. Favorite dish of children and adults. Super tasty fried chicken breasts, with a crispy crust and juicy meat inside. A simple and inexpensive dish.

  1. Cut the chicken fillet crosswise into large strips.
  2. Marinate the chicken fillet in salt, pepper and garlic, grated on a fine grater.
  3. Leave for 5 minutes.
  4. Grind unsweetened corn flakes (using a mortar).
  5. Crack 2 eggs and beat with a whisk.
  6. Dip fillet strips into flour.
  7. Then dip in egg and roll in corn flakes.
  8. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with vegetable oil. Fry strips of chicken fillet (chicken strips) for 3 minutes on each side.
  9. Chicken strips in corn flakes are ready!
