Chicken tartlets with mushrooms and cheese can also be prepared for dinner if you follow your figure. They contain practically no carbohydrates, so tasting such a dish will not affect your sides!

  1. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices.
  4. Beat off with a culinary mallet on both sides. Salt and pepper.
  5. Arrange each fillet slice in a muffin tin.
  6. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Put a little grated cheese in the middle of each mold.
  7. Then top them with fried mushrooms.
  8. Put the cheese on the mushrooms again. Place the molds in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake them for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm chicken tartlets with mushrooms and cheese, garnished with fresh herbs.
