Chicken wings are a very tasty dish, no matter how you cook them. They can be fried, baked or stewed. Wings stewed in a slow cooker retain their juiciness, become soft and tender. And the mixture of dark beer and soy sauce makes them fragrant, slightly sweet and very, very tasty.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all foods.
  2. It is better to choose a soft-tasting dark beer to avoid bitterness in the finished dish.
  3. Wash chicken wings thoroughly, pat dry with paper towels. Remove the thin third phalanx of the wings.
  4. Transfer the wings to a deep bowl, pour in the soy sauce and add the suneli hops.
  5. Stir. Leave for 20-30 minutes at room temperature to marinate the wings.
  6. Transfer the wings to the multicooker bowl.
  7. Fill the wings with beer.
  8. Turn on the "Pilaf" program and close the lid. On the selected program, the contents will be stewed and the liquid will gradually boil away.
  9. After the liquid has almost completely boiled away, turn off the multicooker. The process took me 40-45 minutes.
  10. (If cooking in a cauldron, simmer the wings over low heat until almost the liquid boils away.)
  11. Chicken wings stewed in beer are ready.
  12. Transfer the wings to a platter and serve while hot. But such poultry meat is very tasty and cooled.
  13. Soft, fragrant, very juicy. The meat is easily separated from the bones
  14. Bon appetit!
