A healthy, tasty, and most importantly easy-to-prepare dish of Chinese cuisine. Chinese tree mushroom salad with chicken fillet and carrots looks good both in everyday cuisine and on the festive table.

  1. Place tree mushrooms in a bowl of warm water.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet and onion, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  3. Fry the chicken fillet in a small amount of oil. It is possible without oil, if it does not burn in the pan.
  4. Add chopped vegetables, seasoning and soy sauce to the fried chicken fillet. The taste depends on soy sauce, I add either this or shrimp. But it is best to add this when frying, and at the end of cooking shrimp. We tried it with regular soy sauce - delicious, but a little different.
  5. Simmer for 7-10 minutes.
  6. Add tree mushrooms, squeeze garlic, a little more soy sauce, mix well and fry for 3-5 minutes.
  7. Salad of Chinese tree mushrooms, with chicken fillet and carrots, is ready.
  8. Enjoy your meal!
