A recipe for an unusual snack - crispy pasta chips. Cooking such original chips is very simple. A great option to crunch with a big company!

  1. Pour about 1-2 liters of water into a saucepan or stewpan, add 1-2 pinches of salt, mix, put on maximum heat and bring to a boil. Add pasta, stir, reduce heat to medium and cook pasta for about 6-7 minutes, until soft. Then drain the water and cool the boiled pasta.
  2. Transfer pasta to a deep bowl and add flour.
  3. Mix well so that each pasta is coated with flour.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a small skillet over medium heat.
  5. Put a little pasta in boiling oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes, until golden.
  6. Place the fried pasta on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  7. Fry the rest of the pasta in the same way.
  8. Transfer the pasta to a bowl, add the turmeric, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
  9. Unusual pasta chips are ready. Serve them to the table, if desired, adding ketchup.
