The dough for chocolate cupcakes is literally kneaded in a matter of minutes, all the ingredients are simple and affordable. Cupcakes are soft, porous, the taste of chocolate is clearly felt, although only cocoa powder was used for the icing and for the dough!

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Take only high-quality cocoa - the taste, color and aroma of the finished baking will depend on this!
  3. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  4. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a double boiler and set aside.
  5. Add egg, milk and sugar.
  6. Stir vigorously with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  7. Through a sieve, add flour with baking powder and cocoa.
  8. Knead smooth chocolate dough without lumps.
  9. Add raisins to the dough
  10. Stir again.
  11. Place paper capsules in a cupcake pan (optional).
  12. Divide the dough into molds.
  13. Bake chocolate cupcakes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  14. Remove the finished cupcakes from the molds to a dish and leave to cool.
  15. While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the chocolate icing ingredients and flaked coconut to sprinkle on the cupcakes.
  16. Combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa powder in a saucepan or saucepan.
  17. On low heat, stirring continuously with a whisk, bring the mixture to a boil (the whole process is fast, no more than 2 minutes).
  18. Pour the finished icing over the cupcakes. The icing is not liquid, flows down from the cupcakes smoothly.
  19. Sprinkle the cupcakes with coconut.
