Chopped chicken fillet cutlets with canned corn and cheese is a delicious and easy-to-cook dish for every day. Canned corn grains make cutlets original and unusual.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients needed to make minced chicken cutlets with corn. Drain the marinade from the canned corn - we won't need it.
  2. Rinse the chicken breast fillet, pat dry and cut into small cubes.
  3. Transfer the chopped chicken fillet to a bowl and add the canned corn kernels.
  4. Rinse dill, chop and add to chicken meat with corn.
  5. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, add to a bowl with previously combined ingredients.
  6. Crack an egg here as well.
  7. Add flour, salt and black pepper (optional).
  8. Stir.
  9. Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan. Spoon the minced meat into the pan as you would dough for pancakes.
  10. Fry chicken patties with corn over low heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
  11. Fry the rest of the cutlets in the same way.
  12. Chopped chicken cutlets with corn, cheese and dill are ready.
  13. Bon appetit!
