An excellent hot appetizer of spicy dry-cured sausage and bell pepper. This bright, tasty and fragrant dish is well served with slices of fried homemade bread.

  1. Peel the pepper and cut into 2 cm squares. Cut the sausage into 2 cm cubes.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the peppers over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Add crushed garlic, sausage, pour in wine and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper and serve.
  4. Bon appetit!
