Closed pan pizza is a great option for an original breakfast, a quick snack or even a family dinner. Such a pizza is prepared from yeast-free kefir dough with the addition of mayonnaise. The filling can be anything, but such a quick pizza is especially juicy and tasty with ham, cheese and vegetables.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour kefir into a bowl. Crack an egg in there. Shake a little.
  2. Add Mayo.
  3. Pour in soda and salt. Mix well. Leave for 1-2 minutes for the soda to react with kefir.
  4. Pour in half of the flour.
  5. Mix.
  6. Add the remaining flour and use your hands to knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Leave the dough to rest under a towel for 15-20 minutes.
  7. For the filling, cut the ham into strips. Remove the seeds from the sweet pepper and also cut into strips.
  8. Hard cheese cut into strips or grate on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  9. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
  10. Then divide the dough into 8 parts. Roll out each part of the dough into a layer about 0.5 cm thick and 12-15 cm in diameter.
  11. Place 1/4 of the ham, cheese, onion, sweet peppers and tomatoes on one layer of dough, leaving the edges free.
  12. Top the filling with another layer of dough, press the edges with your fingers.
  13. You can also press the edges with a fork.
  14. In the same way, form 3 more closed pizzas with filling.
  15. Heat a frying pan with oil, reduce the heat to a little less than medium. Put the closed pizza in the pan and fry for about 1.5-2 minutes.
  16. Then turn over and fry on the other side for 1 more minute. Thus, fry the remaining pizzas in a pan.
  17. This is how you can quickly cook delicious pizza without an oven.
  18. Enjoy your meal!
