  1. Put the curd mass in a bowl, add a pinch of salt.
  2. We introduce a raw egg into the milk mixture.
  3. Add any greens, chopped (squeezed through a press) garlic.
  4. Shred (using a culinary grater) hard cheese.
  5. Thoroughly mix the mass so that it becomes homogeneous.
  6. We form small cutlets from the curd mass, cover them on each side with breadcrumbs.
  7. We spread the cheese blank in a saucepan with hot oil, cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  8. Serve cottage cheese and cheese cutlets at any time.
