Crab stick rolls - tender crab sticks and delicious stuffing in the middle.

Ingredients

  1. Crab sticks are completely peeled from the packaging and immersed in hot water for 1 minute.
  2. Finely chop the onion and sauté (until soft), stirring, for 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.
  3. Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them together with the onion for 3 minutes.
  4. Add minced meat, salt, pepper and, stirring, fry everything together for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Beat 1 egg and pour into minced meat with mushrooms and onions. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of crackers. Mix everything well. The filling is ready.
  6. Unfold the crab stick, put a slice of cheese on the edge, and on it - the filling of meat and mushrooms. Roll up.
  7. Dip the finished rolls of crab sticks in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
  8. Fry the rolls on all sides in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  9. To rolls of crab sticks, you can boil rice, make a salad of fresh vegetables.
  10. Ready rolls of crab sticks.
