Crab sticks in batter

Crab sticks in batter are just a great appetizer for the New Year's holiday table. Easy to prepare, delicious and looks beautiful on the table.

Ingredients

• Crab sticks - 400 g
• Egg - 1 pc.
• Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.
• Milk - 70 ml
• Flour - 4-5 tbsp.
• Salt - to taste
• Pepper - to taste
• Vegetable oil - for frying

Directions

1. Let's prepare the batter: we send the egg, mayonnaise to the milk, add salt and pepper, add flour and mix well.
2. Dip crab sticks in batter and fry in oil on both sides.
