Waiting for friends to visit and do not know how to feed them? Cook crispy chicken wings and serve them with garlic sauce. The combination of amazingly crispy cracker crust, juicy chicken meat and spicy sauce will not leave anyone indifferent.

  1. Start by preparing the sauce, as it needs time to infuse. In a separate container, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped dill and crushed garlic.
  2. Stir. Season to taste and refrigerate until serving.
  3. Rinse and dry the wings, and then cut off the extreme phalanx from each wing.
  4. Pour soy sauce into a small bowl, break the egg, add chili pepper and paprika.
  5. And shake everything thoroughly.
  6. Then lower the chicken wing into the resulting mixture. It should wet well.
  7. And roll in breadcrumbs.
  8. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil and lay out the breaded wings.
  9. Bake breaded wings at 190-200 degrees for about half an hour. Breadcrumbs should acquire an appetizing ruddy.
  10. Take the garlic sauce out of the fridge and serve it with hot crispy wings. An amazing combination of flavors. Bon appetit!
