Crispy lavash fried in a pan with juicy stuffing of cabbage, carrots and pickled cucumbers.

Ingredients

  1. Grate the cabbage into a large bowl.
  2. Grate carrots.
  3. Grate pickled cucumbers.
  4. Wash the onion and dill, dry, finely chop.
  5. Mix all vegetables and herbs, season with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Lavash spread on the table and spread the vegetable filling evenly over the entire surface.
  7. Roll the pita bread with the filling into a roll.
  8. Cut the pita roll into portions into pieces about 3 cm wide.
  9. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the slices of pita roll into the pan.
  10. Fry pita bread with filling until golden brown on both sides.
  11. When fried, pita bread becomes crispy, with an appetizing ruddy crust, and the filling inside remains juicy.
