Garlic croutons are a quick, spicy snack recipe that's perfect for beer. They are made from rye bread, and a spicy sauce for croutons gives them piquancy and a rich taste.

  1. Prepare garlic sauce for croutons. Crush the garlic.
  2. Add little by little, rubbing, the yolk.
  3. Without ceasing to rub, introduce vegetable oil in small portions (1-2 tablespoons each).
  4. Season with lemon juice and salt, pour in cold boiled water so that the toast sauce acquires the consistency of mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly.
