Croutons with garlic sauce, for beer

Very simple, but tasty and crispy beer snack. This dish is not for every day, but in case of infrequent beer gatherings with close friends. If you are not too lazy and prepare a fragrant garlic sauce for croutons, the result will be no worse than in a good beer bar.

  1. Bread cut into oblong sticks.
  2. Pass the garlic through a press, chop the greens. Prepare the sauce: mix mayonnaise with sour cream, add garlic, herbs and pepper.
  3. Fry the bread in vegetable oil for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Put the croutons on a napkin to drain excess oil.
  5. Put the finished croutons on a dish, salt. Serve croutons with garlic sauce.
