  5. Add zucchini to the pan, salt. Stirring, cook until the zucchini is soft, about 10 minutes. Remove from fire and cool.
  6. Cooking dough. To do this, grate cold butter and cheese on a grater. Combine flour, butter and cheese. Mix everything thoroughly.
  7. Put the resulting dough in the freezer for 15 minutes.
  8. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  9. Lubricate the baking dish with butter, spread the fried zucchini with onions. I have a mold with a diameter of 17 cm.
  10. We wash the greens, dry, finely chop. We spread the greens on the zucchini and evenly distribute over the entire surface.
  11. Lubricate with sour cream.
  12. We rub the chilled dough on a coarse grater directly into the mold, evenly distribute it over the dill with sour cream.
  13. We put the form in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the crumble for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
