Cupcakes with raisins

Orange muffins with raisins are always airy and delicious. They attract with their refreshing aroma already in the process of cooking.

Ingredients

• 200 g of premium flour;
• 80 g of vegetable oil;
• 40 ml of non-aromatic oil;
• 2 chicken eggs;
• 100 ml of freshly squeezed orange juice;
• 5 g of baking soda;
• 100 g of sugar;

Directions

1. The butter is melted in a microwave oven for 30 seconds.
2. Raisins pour hot water.
3. Stir in the butter, eggs, and juice until smooth.
4. The dry ingredients are sifted and added to the dough with soda.
5. Spread raisins (it can be cut if it is large).
6. The dough is spread on silicone molds.
7. Muffins with raisins are cooked at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
