Deep-fried avocados are cooler than french fries, and you won’t find such a delicacy in fast food establishments as deep-fried avocados.

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 100 degrees. Pour oil into a small saucepan so that it is about 3 cm high. Heat oil over medium heat to 180 degrees.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small deep bowl, mix flour and salt. Pour the beaten eggs into another plate and pour the breadcrumbs into the third plate.
  3. Take avocado slices one by one and dip first in flour, then in eggs and then in breadcrumbs. Arrange the avocado slices on a plate in a single layer.
  4. Spread the avocado pieces in a single layer in the hot oil in a skillet and deep-fry the avocado until golden brown, about 30-60 seconds (to your desired doneness).
  5. Place the fried avocado slices on a plate lined with paper towels. Put the plate in the oven and keep it there until all servings are fried. Sprinkle the finished dish with salt to taste.
