  1. Cheese grate on a fine grater.
  2. Add one egg, flour and finely grated garlic. Mix everything well.
  3. Form small balls from cheese mass.
  4. Beat 3 eggs until foamy.
  5. Add the basil and red pepper to the breadcrumbs and mix well.
  6. Dip each cheese ball in beaten eggs and then roll in breadcrumbs. Repeat these manipulations again to get a double breading.
  7. Heat the vegetable oil well and fry the cheese balls, immersing them completely in the oil, at medium temperature for 1 minute.
  8. Cheese balls are ready. They can be served with ketchup, lingonberry jam and various sauces. Such an appetizer will come in handy at a party of friends or fans, at children's parties, and can even be a nice addition to a romantic dinner.
