Crispy pita bread with chicken is a great appetizer. Lavash with chicken is cooked very quickly, but it turns out tasty and satisfying.

  1. Boil the chicken breast until cooked, cool. We pass the cooled chicken meat through a meat grinder.
  2. Then add a pinch of salt and a little black pepper to the twisted chicken.
  3. Grate melted cheese on a medium grater.
  4. Pour the grated cheese over the boiled chopped chicken breast.
  5. Add chopped herbs and sour cream to the chicken with cheese, mix.
  6. We add so much sour cream to the filling so that the filling can be easily distributed over the pita bread, but do not make it too rare.
  7. We divide the filling into two parts.
  8. Cut the pita bread into three equal parts. We got three sheets of pita bread - 25 x 40 cm each.
  9. We spread part of the filling on one sheet of pita bread.
  10. We distribute the filling over the entire sheet of pita bread, leveling it.
  11. We cover the sheet of pita bread with the filling with the second sheet.
  12. Put the rest of the filling on the second sheet of pita bread, level the filling over the entire sheet. Then cover with a third sheet.
  13. We begin to carefully fold all the sheets of pita bread with filling with the length of the side of the rectangle. We have one long roll.
  14. We wrap the roll in cling film so that it does not weather. Leave for 20-30 minutes so that the roll is soaked with filling.
  15. Then we release the roll from the cling film, cut it across into pieces of 3 cm.
  16. We spread the roll with chicken (cut into pieces) into a pan with heated vegetable oil. Chicken rolls are fried very quickly, a couple of minutes on each side.
  17. Fried pita rolls with chicken can be eaten hot or cold.
