  4. After 20 minutes, drain the water from the eggplant. Dry the eggplant on a paper or clean kitchen towel.
  5. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  6. Arrange the prepared eggplant slices in a single layer in a baking dish.
  7. Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin circles.
  8. Arrange tomato slices on each eggplant slice.
  9. Peel the boiled sausage from the shell and grate on a coarse grater.
  10. Arrange the grated sausage in mounds on each eggplant-tomato turret.
  11. Put mayonnaise on each turret with a mesh or spiral.
  12. After that, sprinkle each turret with salt, ground turmeric, dried dill and dried garlic.
  13. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  14. Arrange the grated cheese in mounds on each turret.
  15. Bake eggplant with tomatoes, sausage and cheese in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
