Eggplant with cheese, garlic and mayonnaise - a quick snack with an incomparable flavor. We will cook in the microwave, which will reduce time and facilitate cooking.

  1. Cut off the ends of the eggplants on both sides. Cut each eggplant into plates about 1 cm thick. Then, with a knife, make notches over the entire surface in the form of rhombuses. Salt the eggplant and leave for 15 minutes (to remove bitterness).
  2. Then rinse the eggplant plates from salt and juice, dry on a paper towel, placing the notches down.
  3. Arrange the eggplants on a plate without metal elements in a single layer and place in the microwave. Cook at 1000W for 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a medium grater and place in a bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise to cheese bowl.
  6. Peel the garlic, chop and add to the cheese. Mix everything, salt if necessary (a pinch).
  7. Remove the eggplant from the microwave and spread a thin layer over the cheese mass.
  8. Return the eggplant plate back to the microwave and cook for another 6 minutes at 1000W.
  9. Ready-made eggplants with cheese, mayonnaise and garlic are served immediately to the table with fresh herbs and vegetables.
