Eggs in a crispy crust are served with any side dish or salad. You can also serve this egg appetizer with creamy or tomato sauce.

  1. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Add onion, fry for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add garlic, fry for another minute.
  3. Place the beans, garlic onion, cheese, sage, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds in a food processor and season with salt and pepper. Fine grind. Divide the mass into 4 parts.
  4. Beat the raw egg lightly, pour the bread crumbs into a deep plate.
  5. With wet hands, take one part of minced meat, put it in the palm of your hand, put an egg in the center, make a ball with your hands so that the egg is inside the minced meat. Then dip the ball in a beaten egg, then in bread crumbs and put on a plate, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  6. Heat the peanut butter in a deep frying pan. Put the eggs in the pan and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then transfer to a paper towel to drain some of the oil.
