Feta Dip with Herbs and Garlic

Based on your favorite Greek cheese, this sauce can be a favorite on your buffet table. Quite simply, it goes well with crispy chips, bread cakes or toast.

  1. Chop the garlic, finely chop the herbs, leaving a few leaves for decoration.
  2. Use a blender to puree the crumbled feta with yogurt and garlic.
  3. Mix the resulting mass with herbs, pepper and, if necessary, add salt.
  4. Place the dip in a bowl, drizzle with oil and garnish with herbs. Serve with fresh vegetables cut into long thin slices.
