For a fig snack, you will also need cheese and ham. The snack is baked in the oven.

  1. To prepare the sauce, bring vinegar to a boil in a small saucepan, reduce to 1/4 cup of the total volume.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 215 degrees. Cut each fig in half and stuff with 1.5 teaspoons of cheese.
  3. Wrap each half of the figs in a strip of ham and place the rolls on a baking sheet. Sprinkle them with rosemary and ground black pepper.
  4. Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven and cook the appetizer for 10-12 minutes, until the ham is crispy. Serve hot with vinegar sauce.
