Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients for filo rolls with crab sticks and cheese. You can use ricotta instead of cream cheese.
  2. You need to take crab sticks frozen and grate them directly in a frozen form on a medium grater.
  3. Put the crab sticks in a bowl, add cream cheese or ricotta to them.
  4. Add Mayo.
  5. Squeeze juice from half a lemon, add it to the filling as well.
  6. You can use parsley to decorate the rolls when serving, I added chopped parsley to the filling.
  7. Pass the garlic through a press and add it to the filling.
  8. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Stir well.
  9. Place a sheet of filo pastry on a cutting board and brush generously with melted butter using a silicone brush. Fold the pastry sheet in half and brush again with oil.
  10. Spread half of the filling on one side of the dough.
  11. Roll the dough with the filling into a roll, bending the edges of the dough inward.
  12. Put the finished crab rolls on a baking sheet.
  13. Brush the top of the crab rolls with the remaining butter. Send a baking sheet with rolls for 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  14. Remove the finished rolls with crab sticks and cheese from the oven, let them cool for a couple of minutes and then cut them into portions.
  15. Bon appetit!
