  6. Transfer the fried minced meat to a clean blender bowl and grind into finer crumbs. Put the butter in a frying pan and melt, add the chopped minced meat, salt, pepper and mix.
  7. Add the fried onion to the minced meat, mix. Fry everything over high heat for 5-7 minutes, remove from heat and cool. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  8. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough, brush with vegetable oil and place the second layer of dough on top. Oil the top, but not too much.
  9. Put a layer of cream cheese on one edge of the dough, slightly crumbling it.
  10. Finely chop the greens and sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Put a layer of minced meat on top of the greens. If you are afraid that the filling will crumble, just mix all the ingredients for the filling.
