I offer a recipe for fish cooked in the oven in pita bread with tomatoes. The fish is first marinated in a vitamin sauce with onions and parsley, after which the fish with tomatoes is wrapped in pita bread and sent to the oven. The dish is served both on the festive table in a cold form, and as an everyday hot full-fledged dish.

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Defrost the fish fillet.
  3. Free the onion from the husk and cut into half rings.
  4. Heat up a frying pan with oil (1 tablespoon). Fry the onion over medium heat until translucent and light golden, adding a pinch of sugar.
  5. Cool the fried onion (transfer it to a separate bowl for this) and then place it in the blender bowl.
  6. Add a pinch of salt, grape vinegar, mustard.
  7. Add parsley, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive or other vegetable oil and one raw egg.
  8. Blend in a blender until smooth.
  9. Pour the contents of the blender into another container, add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sour cream and oregano (optional, you can not put). Mix.
  10. Fish fillet (thawed fish a little salt) cut into convenient pieces.
  11. Put the pieces of fish in the prepared sauce and leave for 10-15 minutes.
  12. Cut one tomato into slices, the second - into halves of circles.
