Fried mushrooms with roasted garlic and green onions

Mushrooms are fried with roasted garlic and green onions until golden brown.

Ingredients

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  2. At the heads of garlic, cut off the top and lightly press on the heads so that the cloves slightly part, but do not crumble to the sides. Place the garlic cloves in a small ovenproof dish, cut side up. Sprinkle slices of garlic with salt and pepper, drizzle with 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Place in preheated oven, roast garlic for about 30 minutes.
  3. Break the roasted garlic into cloves and peel.
  4. Drain the oil from the garlic pan into a large skillet, add the remaining olive oil, heat well over medium heat. Pour the mushrooms into the pan, fry, stirring, for about 4 minutes.
  5. Add peeled garlic, parsley and green onions to the mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper the mushrooms to taste. Serve immediately.
