Grilled corn is an especially tasty and incredibly satisfying dish or snack that is perfect for a picnic or a light dinner. Grease hot corn baked on a barbecue grill with a mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise, paprika and garlic - it will already be very tasty. And if you put feta cheese on top of the cobs, believe me, you will have to immediately prepare the second portion. Recommended for fans of corn on the cob.

  1. Prepare all the ingredients according to the list.
  2. For cooking, you need to take young corn with juicy grains.
  3. Remove leaves from corn cobs, rinse and pat dry. Brush the corn with vegetable oil.
  4. Transfer the corn cobs to a grill grate set over hot coals.
  5. Fry corn, turning 5-6 times. The frying time is approximately 25-30 minutes. During this time, the corn should be fully cooked.
  6. Peel and grate the garlic on a fine grater or squeeze through a press.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika and salt.
  8. Mix everything thoroughly and take a sample. Adjust the taste if necessary.
  9. Ready hot cobs of corn are generously greased with sour cream and mayonnaise.
  10. Crumble the feta cheese with your hands and place on top of the corn cobs. Such corn should be served to the table immediately after preparation.
  11. If desired, sprinkle the finished dish with herbs, but you can do without it.
