Hake fillet in pita bread baked in the oven

An appetizer of hake fillet in lavash baskets, which is cooked very quickly. Delicious and very appetizing fish baked in the oven will not leave anyone indifferent. Suitable for a festive table, and for every day.

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Cut each hake fillet into 3 longitudinal thin strips.
  3. The fish strips should be approximately the same width.
  4. Break eggs into a bowl.
  5. Add sour cream.
  6. Then salt.
  7. Mix everything well.
  8. Add the fried onion to the egg mixture and mix again.
  9. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.
  10. Cut thin pita bread into small squares (according to the number of fish strips).
  11. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Insert paper cupcake liners into silicone molds.
  12. Place squares of pita bread into molds.
  13. Roll the hake strips into rolls and place in pita bread baskets.
  14. Add about 1 tbsp. a spoonful of egg mixture in each basket. Try to distribute the mixture evenly so that there is enough for each serving.
  15. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  16. Send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. The fish cooks quickly.
