Hamburgers with sausages are not the most healthy snack, but sometimes you can afford not to count calories, but just enjoy the taste. :)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. If you are using lettuce, then you will not need vinegar and sugar.
  3. Peel the ordinary onion, cut into half rings and combine in a small container with sugar and vinegar. Stir and set aside while you work on the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Cut the tomato into circles.
  5. Slice the cucumber diagonally.
  6. Clean sausages from packaging material and cut lengthwise into slices.
  7. Heat a skillet with butter over high heat. Fry the sausages for a minute on each side.
  8. Make a slit on the buns. You can put the buns in a dry preheated pan cut side down and brown over medium heat for a minute. I just toasted the buns over the toaster.
  9. Now divide all the ingredients in half, set aside half.
  10. Brush the bottom of the bun with ketchup, mayonnaise (reserving 1 teaspoon to brush over the sausages), and mustard in any order.
  11. On the greased part of the bun, lay a lettuce leaf that would be slightly larger in size than the bun. Place sausages on lettuce. Top sausages with mayonnaise.
  12. Lay the cucumber slices on the sausages.
  13. Top with tomato slices.
  14. Spread the pickled onions over the tomatoes.
  15. Cover with the top of the bun.
  16. Do the same with the remaining products.
  17. Hamburgers with sausages are ready. Serve while the sausages are still hot. Or wrap it in foil and take it with you on the road as a snack.
  18. Bon appetit!
