Many people love and often buy burgers in cafes, but you can also cook them at home. The recipe is very simple. The main thing is to fry delicious ground beef patties and prepare the rest of the ingredients - tomato, pickled cucumbers, onions and cheddar cheese. For the sauce, let's take ketchup and grainy mustard - this is the perfect addition to the meat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare food items on the list. Ground beef can be bought ready-made, but it is better to make it yourself.
  2. We choose delicious pickled cucumbers, and we take fresh tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
  3. Place ground beef in a deep bowl. Add only salt and ground pepper to the minced meat.
  4. Shape the minced meat into two round patties about 1.5-2 cm high, the width of the patty should be about 1 cm wider than the burger bun (the patty will become smaller when frying).
  5. (You can use any mold to form cutlets. If there is no mold, you can cut off a small plastic bottle or a can from canned vegetables.)
  6. Forming cutlets, make a small depression in the center, in the process of frying the cutlet will even out.
  7. Put the cutlet blanks in the refrigerator for a while while the rest of the ingredients are being prepared.
  8. Add mustard seeds to ketchup.
  9. Mix everything thoroughly - the sauce is ready.
  10. Peel the onion. Wash and dry the onion and tomato.
  11. Cut the tomato into circles, cut the onion into rings and disassemble them.
  12. Pickled cucumbers cut into slices. If the cucumbers are small, it is better to cut across.
  13. Release cheddar cheese slices from packaging.
  14. Wash lettuce leaves and pat dry.
  15. Cut burger buns in half.
  16. Dry the buns in a grill pan for several minutes, until golden brown.
  17. Lightly grease the vacated pan with oil, put the cutlets there and fry for 3-6 minutes on each side (depending on the thickness of the cutlet and the desired degree of roasting). Carefully pierce the cutlet, check for readiness - the juice should be transparent, while the meat should not be red.
  18. Start forming the burger - place the lower halves of the buns on the work surface.
  19. Arrange the onion rings on top of the buns.
  20. Spoon 1/4 of the ketchup and mustard sauce onto the onion buns.
  21. Arrange hot cutlets on top of the sauce.
  22. On top of each cutlet - 2 plates of cheese (it will melt under the influence of heat).
  23. Put pickled cucumbers on top.
  24. And on cucumbers - circles of tomatoes.
  25. Place the lettuce leaves and the remaining sauce on top of the tomatoes.
  26. Cover everything with the second halves of the buns.
  27. You can fasten the finished burger with a skewer.
  28. Homemade cheeseburgers with ground beef patty are ready to serve.
  29. If you have gatherings with friends, these burgers will come in handy.
  30. Enjoy your meal!
