A baguette with a crispy golden crust, and inside - delicious juicy sausages, melted cheese and scrambled eggs. A very hearty breakfast and a wonderful snack, which is very convenient to take with you. Such hot sandwiches with sausages are prepared quickly enough.

  1. Cut off the edges of the baguette. Cut the baguette into 4 equal parts (approximately 4-5 cm longer than the sausage in size).
  2. With a knife, cut a rectangular recess in each piece of baguette.
  3. We take out the cut pieces of the baguette along with the crumb.
  4. Cheese cut into thin slices.
  5. We put the cheese into the recesses of the baguette so that its edges protrude outward.
  6. Lay the sausages on top of the cheese.
  7. Turn on the oven and heat up to 180 degrees.
  8. We break the eggs into a bowl.
  9. Add milk, salt and black pepper to the eggs.
  10. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
  11. Put the sandwiches in a baking dish. I only fit two sandwiches in my mold, so I baked them in turn in pairs.
  12. Pour part of the omelet mixture into the grooves with sausages and cheese. Pour the remaining omelet mixture over the top of the hot dogs to soak the baguette.
  13. Place the hot dogs in the oven for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  14. Hot dogs in a baguette, with cheese and scrambled eggs, are ready. Top these hot sandwiches with chopped parsley.
