Hot lavash roll with stuffing

Lavash roll will be baked in the oven. And the filling will include products such as sausage, cheese, fresh cabbage, leeks, pickled cucumbers and boiled eggs. To make the roll juicy, we will use a sauce made from ketchup and mayonnaise.

  1. We shred the cabbage. Cut the leeks into thin rings.
  2. Cut sausage and cheese into small cubes. Leave a little cheese for sprinkling the finished roll.
  3. Pickled cucumbers cut into small cubes. We chop the greens finely.
  4. Hard boil eggs (10 minutes). Cool in cold water, peel and chop finely.
  5. In a separate container, mix ketchup and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  6. We mix all the prepared products, add chopped garlic and season everything with mayonnaise. We mix.
  7. We apply a thin layer of ketchup and mayonnaise sauce on a layer of pita bread.
  8. We spread the filling on the whole pita bread.
  9. We roll the pita bread with the filling into a roll.
  10. In a form covered with parchment paper, put the pita rolls. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and place the chopped butter on top.
  11. We put the rolls in a preheated oven, bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  12. Lavash rolls with stuffing are served hot as an appetizer.
